I was born and raised in Montana and I have raised 5 children with my wife Kelly.  I have practiced law in Montana for over 16 years with 13 years as the former elected County Attorney and Public Administrator for Jefferson County.

 

Experienced in Criminal Law, DUI cases, Estates/Probate, Family Law, General Litigation, Local Government Law, Planning, and Business Transactions.

 

I have also served in the Montana Army National Guard as a JAG with experience in military law defense of soldiers.
